The Intunity Home Plans

Adopted by the Intunity Board in March 2023

With the existing housing market presenting challenges especially when looking at the age of the house and often less than ideal configurations, Intunity plans to overcome obstacles by designing and building its own homes using an optimal floor plan providing energy efficiencies and durability. Intunity’s strategic plan contemplates building between 13-15 new homes over the next four (4) years, to be located throughout West Tennessee.
