MHDS, Inc. has been involved with Intunity for about 5 years. We had a need for affordable housing in order to grow our residential program in 2017-2018. The people that needed the housing lived on very limited incomes so we were struggling. Through this partnership we were able to secure 4 homes quickly that were very affordable. Intunity gave us the opportunity to see some of the homes before they even purchased. They allowed us to offer input on how to renovate the homes. They also partnered with us to outfit a home with enabling technology including smart appliances, sensor, smart locks, ring doorbells, smart locks and shatter proof windows. In 2018 this type of enabling technology was new to the disability world. We have been grateful for the opportunity to find quality affordable housing through Intunity.
